Default Raising or lower headlight aim

I just put a Daymaker LED headlight in my Fatboy but the light seems too high.

How do I get the headlight to raise or lower?

The only thing I'm seeing is the inner ring that holds the light in but screwing and unscrewing those screws doesn't do much.

What am I missing?

BTW, I do have a service manual but I am not in town and I'm want to do this now.

Thanks

I also put this on the lighting board, but few are reading.

Had a post, but then realized you probably have the nacelle and I have no idea how those work.

Nope, no nacelle. Just regular Fatboy bucket on a 2013 FB Lo. Any help is appreciated. I'm just not seeing it.

There is a bolt that mounts the headlight assembly to the front forks you need to loosen it and adjust up or down then tighten it up.

easiest access is from the left side of your bike. turn your handlebars to the right and you'll see a nut to loosen. the picture is a little deceiving because the adjustment is covered from the front, but you'll see it back there.

Stand the bike upright while straddling it. Locate the headlamp mounting bolt. Slip a 9/16" wrench on either side of the bolt and loosen very carefully. You may want to put towels on either side of the tank just in case. If you don't feel comfortable doing it that way you could always take off the rear tins.
