LOL, whats with the knife?
^ I collect slip joint knives and that is a custom one made by Todd Davison, a knife maker in Mississippi. He rides and loves Harley's also. Handle of the one on the pipe is G10 (sort of like carbon fiber), I just rested it there for the pic.
He makes all of his knives using no pattern to go off of. He just sketches something out on the steel and starts cutting the parts out. Everything he does while making the knife is done by hand. Limited machinery is used, only a band saw, grinder and drill press...that's it! Heat treat is done in his shop as well. All of the "coining" (those little grooves cut around the liners) are done with a small hand file along with the rat tails and pinched bolsters.

This was my first made by him. Green/black/gold dyed and stabilized box elder burl:
My newest knife. Dark brown dyed and jigged cattle bone.
