Wondering if this has been done successfully or not? I found a cheap used supertrapp 2-1 for rigid mount sportster that I would like to adapt to fit on my 2012 nightster.

Aside from having to drill and weld in bungs for o2 sensors and fab a hanger bracket from the motor to the pipe, should everything mount up?

I have the stock mid controls and Im not sure if this supertrapp will clear?

Any input would be appreciated.

Answer is 'no', but I may have a solution for you.

 

If you mean Evo big twin I suspect you're asking too much! The exhaust ports on Evos are identical to twincams (I have a TC exhaust on my Evo below), but I've never come across swapping one to a Sporty.

 

To clarify I meant rigid mount evolution sportsters (86-03).
