I have not heard the Street cannons, but I have the SE SPs. They'll give you that familiar Harley sound w/o being obnoxiously loud. Besides, some areas in CA are sticklers on sound, especially some beach areas like HB. On the LEDs, a buddy has them and likes them a lot. Says they are plenty bright.
