hey new here and looking for info
I have an 87' 883. This bike has been rebuilt and is my baby but now I am having minor issues with parts that are not itemized in the clymer and hd books. Currently I lost the pin the holds the kick stand to the frame. Not the bolt that takes a cotter pin, but the pin with a groove that I assume screws into the frame to accept the spring to create tensionto hold the stand under the crankcase. Is there an upgraded part number it isn't listed in my parts book.

Best I could find. It looks like the part you are missing was a weldment to the frame, which may have broken off?
