If the Biltwell seat doesn't fit because of the '07 computer location, you can move the computer, or possibly cut a hole in the pan to allow it to fit.
What "look" are you going for? I have a Mustang Vintage Solo on the bike that works well. It is a little thicker than I like, looks-wise, but not too bad and also comfortable. Also have a Mustang Tripper Solo that looks great but doesn't have as much of a defined step so it lets you slide around a bit. THE MAMA didn't like that aspect when she rode the Nightster, LOL! Another one I had was a LePera Stubs Cafe, but it was made for a later year and needed the pan cut for the computer.
J&P part numbers for reference:
Mustang Vintage Solo: 801-322
Mustang Tripper Solo: 802-948
LePera Stubs Cafe: 714-895
