The reason I don't think it's a 48 is this and because NO ONE would go out of their way to make their engine gray like a nightster,
NO ONE!!!

Also, who goes out of there way to move the reflectors off of the fork like a 48?

It's just a 2:1 pipe and (most likely) 35hp short of perfection for me!
This guy is either trolling Instagram or he has some insight!

Not that it changes anything, but FWIW, those are the same covers used on vrods starting in 2002.

just buy a 49mm dual disk slider set. fat bob parts maybe? you'd have to use a fat bob front fender or fab something. don't wait for the HD to focus group it, lol
That idea would only work for 2016 48s...before that, they were 39mm

But following your lead...install dual disc 39mm sliders like yours and then add a fork brace and modify to accept the 48 fender

Those probably aren't the same trees...those inverted forks will probably use a larger OD "Upper"

As far I'm concerned that is a "Roadster" (just like the title says) with maybe some 48 parts thrown on...
Roadster = Road "Carver"
48 = NOT

I'm more interested in the wheels...maybe another set of "one-offs"

Cool

It's also coming to the UK! The guessing is over, after all......

Also available in red or black. Hardly an exciting colour pallette, but at last the Roadster is back.

Sweet...except they went and messed up that rear fender...IMO , but plenty of people prefer the chopped Street Bob fender also
