Default Finally! A proper painted fender.

Been a dang long time since my wreck. Finally got a rear fender! Been checking ebay daily for 20 months and finally had a listing in Pewter Silver, '96 with less than 2000 miles on it. Perfect year, perfect fit. $120 bucks, with a friggin light, harness and everything.

Unbelievable patience!
There's NO WAY that I would've made it even half that distance.
It looks GREAT now that it's finally complete.

Also...
Sorry to be a thread pirate but I'd love to read your review of that LePera Cherokee!
Would you recommend it?
Would you buy it again now that you've had it for a while?

Looks great! She is whole again! nice to see patience paying off. I bought my bike last year with a scratch in the tank.. been casually peeking on fleabay for a replacement. its annoying how 90% of the tanks for sale are damaged, but the jerkface sellers primary picture is of the undamaged side and "damaged" or "dented" is usually not in the title....

I would brother! I guess some like it some don't, but I just love the thing. I am 185, pretty skinny *** so that's not an issue. The seat is real comfy actually. More so than my Sundowner, but I am sure that's just me. I have put a crap load of miles on it and just love it.

It hasn't been sitting idle that long has it?!?!?
Have you been running it with a temp fender?
