RE: Fork Brace
I feel that on the Sporster it would be a waste of money. Your not riding it like a sport bike AKA GSXR and CBR's, when is the last time you hit a sharp I mean sharp corner hit it hard scrapped your knee at about 90mph. They use plastic for there front fenders and Harley as you know are steel. That little flex and I do mean little is very liveable, but it's your bike and your money please do what makes your happy. My nickel keep the change.

You don't have to ride it hard to do a flex test...Stand in front of the bike and hold the tire firmly between you knees. Now try turning the bars while holding the wheel still. You will see lots of flex. The front fender will actually bend back and forth a bit. Install a brace and try the same. You will be surprised and how much of the flex is gone.

It will stiffen up the flex on the front end, but I consider it a waste of $$. The amount of intolerable flex on a Sportster is non-existent. It's not going to get you through the twisties any faster. If you were flat tracking, I'd highly recommend one, but IMHO, for the road they're just not worth it.
