Default New Black Heavy Breather

These black heavy breather's are hard to get right now. My dealer told me it would be on backorder until at least October, but I finally found a dealer that had 1 in PA and got it shipped. It looks great on my Nightster, and it feels like the bike has finally woken up!

It's got a couple of chrome spots still that I think help it blend with the engine better.

Thanks. Improved performance quite a bit too. Those are Hooker Troublemaker Darksides. I'm using a PCIII.

Did you powder coat it or it came black? I couldn't find black in any of the catalogs and the dealer told me I'd have to get one powdercoated.

Even at 25% off it cost me an arm and a leg to buy mine and get it powdercoated.

That looks great, I plan on pulling mine off this winter and coating it flat black (have debated pulling it and spray painting it until the winter). Are the oil breather caps, bolts and clamp cover the only thing chrome on it?

It came like that. It's an '09 part, so most dealers don't have this yet. Some dealer's did get some, maybe as a promotional type thing? Look on the HD website. It's on there.

The only chrome parts are the breather caps, the clamp cover and the 3 bolts. The rest is black. I like having those in chrome actually, cause it helps it match the engine. That's just my opinion.
