Default Rear brake pedal pad for sportster

I'd like to get one of these rear brake pedal pads but they don't list them for sportsters, anyone know if one of these will fit a sportster?

I also have a roadster. Had difficulty modifying the rear brake pedal.

Found a cover for the stock pedal. It's made by Kuryakyn, part # 8022. Google Kuryakyn 8022. Installs in less than 10 minutes. Gives me a larger surface to stomp on the rear brake.

If they are the style that use a stud to mount them you can drill a hole in your existing brake pedal. I can't tell from the picture if they are or not. Run by your local dealer and look at them in person.

I went in today and they only had the large in stock (way too big), I ordered a small and will make it fit one way or the other. The large had a stud but I don't know what the small will have.
I wanted this style because I already have the matching grips, I also bought the large pegs (rider) and the small pegs (passenger) and a gear shift peg in the diamond black, hope it all looks good together.

Should look pretty good. Post pics when you get it all done.

Will do, pretty busy this week with month end but will probably get a chance to put them all on this weekend.
I really like the look of the grips and they have great traction on gloves or skin.

i'm interested in this topic also. I have matching footpegs and shifter peg, but the rear brake pedal cover needed to match doesn't fit a sportster. please post what you did and pics.

It may be advantageous to grind down/cut off the little meat tenderizer pleasure pimples that are on the top of your brake pedal before you drill a hole to mount the peg. The pedal is made of aluminum and is relatively soft material. The small versions (like the large one you looked at) have a stud that goes through. Use a file, old grind wheel (the aluminum will gum-up a grinder wheel) or just a hacksaw blade with tape on one end. A belt sander works really well. That's what I used for part of the action on this:

Excellent!

I am currently using the Kuryakyn clam shell ... thanks for the idea ... might do that in the future.
