I'm having the same dilemma right now. I wanted mini apes for the longest time, but now I'm looking at just throwing drag bars on. Mainly looking at the drags because I would need to get one of the wire and cable kits if i got mini apes. And that ends up being a decent investment.

Ya, that's why I didn't go with apes last time. But this time I'm not gonna let a little money deter me from getting it the way I want it. I'll work a few hours overtime if I have to.

What is the setup you have in the pics? I have the same bike but want to swap out the stock bars for a setup similar to what you have there.
