Sportster build
I have a 1989 sportster. Does anyone have a idea of what motor will fit. Does it need to be from a sportster. And if so. What's years could it be from?

It has no motor. And I'm jus wanting to get this bike on the road. Cheapest is best. I have a 07 1200 now. But they plant I worked at has put over 200 out of a job including me. I jus like to ride and wanna get this one going. All it is, is a frame right now

I believe any year from 86 to 95 should bolt right in. Maybe as far up as 03?
