New bars installed - Aper's on the Nightster
I just picked up my bike yesterday from having the bars done. I went with Nash Grit Hangers (14"). They feel real good, better than the stock position. My hands prob sit slightly higher than shoulder height. Not sure how they'll feel on long rides as I'm planning on going out tomorrow.

Look good. To me any apes are an improvement over stock. Have a great ride tomorrow!

Thanks All. She rode well. I def like the riding position much better over stock. I'm not "hunched over" and my back feels better. My right arm did get a little sore at times, but, a little shake and some cruise control, it went away. I'll prob eventually adjust them (move forward) a bit.
The bars did came loose yesterday. Nash bars DO NOT have any knurling on them, so, I thought this could have happened, just not so soon. Good thing my buddy had his tool kit w/ him and I was able to tighten them up. Will not be w/o that tool from now on.....
All in all, I def recommend making the switch if you're thinking about it.

This can happen quite a bit with non-knurled bars, and there's a couple tricks guys use to get around it. I've heard everything from placing bits of steel wool in the riser clamps to wrapping the bars with tin from a beer can. Hope they don't move on you again!
