Thanks for the picture man!

I was looking at the vulan wide glide kit, and saw the front shot they have on their site.
I don't like the gap between wheel and fork...it's huge and looks out of place.

I guess this is fixed with the fatter 16 inch tire you have? Since yours looks just perfect.

Btw, here is the picture i am talking about.

Well if you made a trip here...I would do it for free. HAHA

Ya, I am not a fan of the skinny tires up front, particularly with a Wide Glide front end. Don't know why you would go wide glide and keep a skinny tire. But to each his/her own I guess.

I wish I had the time to make a trip out there. Ozzie and I keep talking about doing a long trip somewhere but neither of us has the time to go very far. But if I do ever make the trip I will take you up on the offer.

I also really dig your handle bar.

From what i read in this thread you made it yourself, very impressive!

I've been looking on ebay to find something similar, closet i got to is this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CUSTOM-FAT-1...93d1c3&vxp=mtr

Would this be similar bars?

Thanks dhc. My son-in-law custom crafted the bars. We originally tried to modify a set that I bought similar to the ones in your ebay posting but the angles just didn't line up right. He finally ended up building a set from scratch that put the bars right where I wanted them.
