tank and petcock Q
Ok I have my new tank and new petcock the petcock is a female adapter so do I use teflon tape for the seal? I know when I installed my nos on my car teflon was a no no since it can get into your fuel system clog lines get a build up of nos on it and then BOOM
. so use it or not????

There should be a rubber gasket between the tank and petcock. There is no need to seal the threads.

I didn't use any, and had no leaks. I was advised not to use teflon tape.
