Just put on my new 72 air cleaner on my 48. It only cost $142.00 and I didn't have to do a re-map or anything.

I was going to do the same thing, but I looked at one on a 72 in the showroom again and realized theyre to big for my taste.

 

The backing plate, two gaskets, rubber seal, front cover and 1 screw.
