Default Sportster tires

I want to put a wider front & back tire on my Sportster, as of right now the wheels and tires are stock, any suggestions on what to do?

There are different size stock wheels out there so it would be helpful to know what year and model you have.

It's been asked a thousand times. A quick google search would have yielded a myriad of options and discussions.

Assuming that you don't want to do a bunch of modifying to the bike, you're pretty much limited to a 100x19 on the front and cHarley could come in here and suggest a couple of 160s that will work on the rear. These Fora are here specifically for you to ask questions like this one and we're glad to answer.

If you do search for the 180 tire - there was a guy who did very little mod to get it to fit- I think that is the biggest tire on the rear you can use without changing a ton of things on the bike, he just changed the wheel and shaved down a few bolts.. Look it up

Can't do that since he didn't tell us what bike he has.
