Default Sportstouring today!

I took (with my dad on his Heritage) a 375 mile roundtrip ride from Central IL to St Louis, to Ted's in Alton and back with the 2012 1200c and it was pretty decent. With a windshield, ISO grips with boss, a Sundowner, Viking Saddlebags, a sissy with rack, and a few locks I was good to go. I could have easily dropped more than 375 today, but dad didn't want to stick around for the free Brett Micheals concert under the Arch tonight.

I rode up to the Aurora area 3 weeks ago with the same set up, but with a stock seat and I had to get off at 90 miles. It was just too much. I have a Sundowner now and had a vasectomy last Friday and I was good for well over 120+ miles without a pit stop and could go further if there weren't interesting things in between destinations. +1 for a touring seat on a Sporty.

As Billy Corgan once said, "the impossible is possible tonight, tonight with the right seat, the indiscribable feeling of your butt tonight, tonight..."
