Default Can you ID this exhaust set up?

Hello folks

Just picked up my first cruiser. 08 nightster. Can you identify what brand is the exhaust set up from the pic?

Also is there a way to check if the bike has been tuned/remapped?

How much does it cost to get a custom tune at dealer/Indy shop or perhaps buying a power commander? Which gives the best performance for the buck?

Thank you.

Look like stock 72 pipes with paint and holes. May be cycle shack but head pipes appear stock and mufflers really look like the 72 stock mufflers. Heat shields have to be aftermarket but still think stock head pipes.

I should add that the mufflers are definitely not stock because they are loud as hell and the guy did gave me the baffles fiber glass inserts for them. I will be putting em back in, I should also gain better performance by doing that right?

Thanks for your input, i would like to get a confirmation on the brand of this exhaust.

Looks like stock headers with the buckshot heat shields sold by Harley. The mufflers are cut like typical screaming eagles or similar slip ons, you can probably either find black ones or get them painted.

I don't think they are Cycle Shack. But the neck is hidden behind your buckshots. Loosen your heatshield and see if the neck of the slip-on is stamped.

The holes header cover looks like SE.
New SE slip on has a different cut, and it is clearly marked.
Not sure if that's an old SE model (I have seen old SE slip on with that cut, but in chrome, and they were marked).

No idea on the exhaust, but that's a nice looking Nightster you got there!

^thanks I'm super excited about getting this bike, however I'm having issues with charging system so can't ride it until it gets solved.

On the exhaust note, I took the heat shield off and didn't see any stamps on the neck or anywhere on the muffler.

Took some pics let me know if this helps in confirming the mufflers? Note the silencer baffles that came with the exhaust if that helps.

Thanks.

Damn phone doesn't let me upload more than one pic in a post for some reason.
