XL1200L How Low Can I Go?
So for those of you out there that have a 1200L how low can I drop the rear and be safe? Nor drag anythng? I have 12" shocks now

I'm guessing you're a newer rider. I have 12.5" shocks and can easily drag parts on either side of the bike if I'm not careful.

+1 to what cHarley says, before adding the glide shocks I drug parts on both sides, now with the higher shocks (and 1" lowering kit) and the front spring insert (1/2 inch plastic pipe 3/4 " long) no more draging and much better ride.
