That's a good price on the seat. I replied that i would be interested before checking for fit on my 06 custom. I couldn't delete the post so this is an edit. It seems that 07 and up is the cut off. At least in the Harley parts book. Good luck.

They would, but it looks like you already have the quick release mounting points.
these would mount between the fender and the side plates. requiring the removal or relocation of your reflectors.
