Does it come with all the hardware? What would be the shipping cost to 19111?

 

I believe it uses factory hardware that is already installed on your bike. I had to re-install the bolts after taking this off, because there were other parts being held in place with them. Not sure if they came with the bar, as it was already installed when i got it. Shipping looks to be about 25-30. I'll have to box it up before I can get exact cost.

 

What years does this fit?

 

This came off of an 07. Not exactly sure what other years it will fit. What year are you looking to put it on? I would assume it will fit anything with a rubbermount engine.
