Default Smokey Hollow

Rumor has it that Smokey Hollow in Floral City has reopened.

Anyone heard about it?

I hadn't heard that. The place was pretty run down. The sewer system was so bad that they had disconnected the water supply to the urinals at the end. The dock rotted and fell into the water.
Pretty much every government agency was after the last owner for one thing or another. It's "Sleepy Hollow", not Smokey Hollow.

Sounds like it is more like "Smelly Hollow" or "Yucko Hollow".

I will not go to Hollow Tomorrow.

Supposed to be new owners.
We like it for a beer stop while riding up that way.
Hope they still have the $6 steak dinner.

Yeah, and hopefully new owners won't have so many health code violations:

Their facebook page says the place reopens tomorrow.

WOW Raider Bill!!!

Thanks for the link. THAT is scarey sh*t! It is like EVERY violation in the book it seems and some pretty bad ones as well.

Psychologically it taints that place for me even if it is all cleaned up. BUT I am glad to see the linked violations. Interesting the things inspectors look for.

Dead bodies too. Well, um, ok, maybe not dead bodies but you know....

It is what it is...

The beers cold, musics good, and the ride there is great.

I've been to much worse places.

Maybe someone can correct the name of the title to this post?
Maybe someone can get a ride together to go here? Last time I went I got severely dehydrated and didn't get to enjoy the place.

If u r going to ride to Sleepy Hollow, you may want to also checkout Neon Leon directly west in Homosassa <sp> which is a FANTASTIC place to go to (outside atmosphere) and inside for it has "atmosphere" and the food is TOPS.

Nearby by a road (I thought it was Ozello) that is VERY twisty and lieterall at the end drops INTO the gulf. YES! You can ride right into the gulf if u r not watching and especially at night. LOL!
