Smokey Hollow

I hadn't heard that. The place was pretty run down. The sewer system was so bad that they had disconnected the water supply to the urinals at the end. The dock rotted and fell into the water.
Pretty much every government agency was after the last owner for one thing or another. It's "Sleepy Hollow", not Smokey Hollow.

Yeah, and hopefully new owners won't have so many health code violations:

Thanks for the link. THAT is scarey sh*t! It is like EVERY violation in the book it seems and some pretty bad ones as well.
Psychologically it taints that place for me even if it is all cleaned up. BUT I am glad to see the linked violations. Interesting the things inspectors look for.
Dead bodies too. Well, um, ok, maybe not dead bodies but you know....
