We have booked site #110 at Highlands Hammock State Park in Sebring for one night (12-18-2016).

Tine and I are meeting up to have a party by campfire. A local friend might also book a site next to us. More the merrier.

Anyone interested in camping out, eating, drinking, and having fun by the campfire? If so, book a site and join us.

 

sounds nice but I can't sleep on the ground!! Yes I'm a princess and proud of it.

What a great idea. Highlands Hammock is a great park. We are already schedules for Collier-Seminole though.

A couple things. The road west out of the park turns to dirt quickly for several miles.

Weekends at the park can get loud.

Be bear aware.

As I remember, finding dirt roads in that area is Murph's specialty.

Yes, I believe he has been know to take a dirt road in the past.
