Do you guys get any mods done during that weekend in daytona, they have lots of specials right?!

 

I am going, but haven't been to octoberfest in a few years. I wouldn't expect the same volume of vendors as in bike week.

I wish they have test rides in October

 

I have had some bling added on at no charge for install as long as you buy it from them.

 

Vendors are spread out everywhere.....first places to check are at the Daytona Speedway....and at Rossmeyers Destination Daytona Harley dealer up on US1 and I-95.
Some vendors downtown on Beach Street....not like in years past But the new Indian dealer should be open by then, so no telling what they might draw in.
I haven't decided whether to take anytime off work.....

I'm going Friday thru Sunday. I was there the last 2 years, plenty of vendors at both Rossmeyers and Speedway. It gets cold at night usually.

 

I live in Orlando which is more or less an hour ride, i'm off sundays anyways but i am going to take saturday off, spend the whole day saturday, go home at night, come back sunday, it's my 3rd bike rally, i really enjoy going, and i am saving up so i can get some goodies!! hehehe

 

Of course, usually good weather and not as crazy as Bike Week.

 

Sounds like it will be a lot of fun, can't wait!

I'm counting the days, love this and bikeweek. Just had a business meeting come up in Daytona the Tuesday before so I'll ride and stay. There are usually test rides at the speedway. Beach street was dead for bike week with the old rossmeyer location closed and the MoCo moving its trailer to the speedway. ******* on Thursday, fall afternoon with David Allen Coe at the Iron Horse, great time
