Default Foliage Ride

Today was 80 degrees today in Vermont. So my girlfriend and I did a 170 mile ride to look at some of the beautiful views my state has to offer. I thought I would share a couple of the photos I took.

Cool pictures Rodney...really nice area and what a great ride.

That bridge looks almost identical one that was used in the movie 'Lawless' when they had the shoot out towards the end of the movie.

Very nice photos. Brings back memories. Years ago I (we) used to go up to Vermont every year in the fall to do photography of the beautiful foliage. Sometimes we would trailer the bike and other times we would trailer our camping gear. I remember one pic of the mountains that had an early light snow and the foliage looked like thousands of those sugar coated gumdrops. well done!

Well I am completely jealous, being from New Hampshire and now living in Ohio. I would take that over what Ohio has to offer any day. Wish I could live back in good ol New England. Thanks for posting the pictures!

Logged 400 miles doing the same thing here in Wisconsin on the western side of the state. It sure was great seeing the color changes, just kinda sad knowing that riding season is almost over for us northerners.

Also went to VT yesterday. Close to 400 miles round trip from CT. Stopped for lunch at the Back Behind restaurant in Killington. Lots of freshly paved roads up there.
