I got my PM Tech upper & lowers for about $700 from Eastern Performance, free shipping and no tax!!! Here's a link to what they look like

I went with one of the Ebay suppliers the last couple of times as well. Can't remember the name but I checked their feedback and it looked good. I think they were around $175 for chrome OEM lowers. Both sets looked great and have held up well for over 5 years.
