Default Which air ride kit?

Hey Guys-
Looking to put air ride on my 2014 Street Glide Special. Anyone have any recommendations? I plan on stretching the bags with dual exhaust. So far, I am looking at Pickards air suspension kit. Looking for something with a great ride yet will slam it down to the ground.

Thanks!

Here's another option.

I went with a diy kit but whatever works for you and your wallet. Some like the no nonsense and just buy a pre made kit. Some like to shop and save some cash. Do your research and let your time and money decide. You won't hear a concensus around here.

Also depends on how handy you are. I have the DIY with Gabriels & like it, but would have a hard time comparing it to the other kits since I have not run them.

Default Air Ride

I met these guys at the Myrtle Beach Spring Rally this year. Great system with five inches of travel and a great price. Install was less than two hours. After having mine for a couple of hours, my brother-in-law bought one. I have over 3,000 miles on mine now and no complaints.

I purchased from these guys; took the time to answer all my questions and seemed like good people.

A couple of nice switch options, and no problems as of yet.

How much for this set up? Don't see the price.

Not sure what's up with their website. Here's one of their kits on ebay:

I was told by a HD person "in the know" that the Legend air ride suspension is one of the best. He advised "remove those $7.00 HD 'air ride' shocks and go with...anything else"...and then he recommended Legend, which he doesn't sell. He also said that any Progressive shock will be an upgrade from what HD puts on their bikes.

I have the legend system on my cvo. my wife likes it because it is easier for her to get on and off the scooter. Pricey but no complaints with performance except they bleed down faster than the crappy HD air shocks. The handy bar mount compressor control is nice...can adjust while the bike is in motion which I do to changing road conditions.
