Fork spring tool help

Awhile ago someone posted a homemade spring tool for the front forks. Can't locate the thread. Help would be greatly appreciated...

I coulda used that thing today, **** was tough but I got it done........ took me around 5 minutes to do each one....... next time I'll make one of those, looks like it would work great......
