Default Street Glide Tank Emblems

I was wondering if anyone knew what the part numbers were for the 2010 (or similar years) all chrome street glide emblems. I like the look of them and would like to get a set for my EG. Also, are they metal or plastic and would they fit on the 5 gal. tank on my 06. I have seen a set on Ebay but @ $220 that is quite a chunk of change for emblems. Especially if they are plastic. Any help would be great

The tank emblems on my 2010 SG were plastic.

yea, They're plastic. But I like them better than the 11's and up. Just wait and keep looking you may even find the whole six gal tank for near that price.

You can find those on eBay cheaper. I like the old Harley 1961-1962 FL &FLH Gas Tank Emblems oem 61776-61T.

Just wondering: If you take the emblems off to paint the tank can you put them back on by replacing the adhesive or do you need to get new ones?

3M double sided tape is what holds them on. Just put new tape on them and you should be good to go
