Default Knocking noise on new cvo road glide

Picked up my new Cvo road glide last week and trailered it down to Orlando for a week of riding. Followed HD's break in procedures to a T. At about 600 miles I noticed when I pulled up to a light I could hear it knocking. Give it just a very little gas and it goes away. When you are sitting on the bike it's on the left side down in the primary. Bike runs fine. Have never had a bike make a noise like this before. Any guesses?
And it doesn't do
It when it's cold just after it gets warmed up

Does the noise go away when the clutch is pulled in?

No it does it both with the clutch in while in gear or out of gear and running in neutral .
When I said it sounds like its coming from the primary I mean down low, I can't tell if its at the bottom of the heads or in the primary itself . I don't know enough about lifters, pushrods, and cams to much but make crazy guesses

primary chain may need some help to tighten up a click, romp on it in 1st gear and then let off. That will wake up the adjuster if its being lazy on ya.

Is it the eitms? goes in after it is warm and motor is idling, it can be turned off.
Engine idle temperature management system.

There may be nothing wrong with the primary chain tension or compensator. Most new Harley's I've heard do this including mine and.....it's somewhat intermittent, but only when warm.
