Default Another way to cover up the ugly pin stripe!!

I did gloss accents on my bike to add to the look but also to cover up the pin stripes.

I think is came out amazing!

Is that vinyl? I think it looks kind of odd, but if you like it then who cares what I think LOL.
I'm not a fan of the stripe on the specials either. Maybe one day a custom paint job will fix mine.

Looks great! I have always liked gloss black and satin/low gloss black together.
There was a collage football team that did that on their helmets, can't remember who though...

I do like the look you have going with that. I would have to see it in person to decide if it was for me or not. Congrats on using some imagination to hide the stripes.

Looks awesome! My dealer actually did the same thing to one of its 'custom' bikes... But accented it with orange pin stripes... Love the satin/glossy look. And I disagree with flynover, leave the badge, very clean accent... Would look too naked or plain with out it.

Great job!

I just watched the video. I'll admit I'mI jealous of your front rotors. Those chrome rocker boxes and transmission top cover gotta drive you nuts with all the other black you've added. I just did all those Saturday. FYI black push rod covers from Harley don't include the center spring cap.
