Front wheel Suggestion
Need Suggestions ? I have a 2005 RoadKing Custom that I replaced the OEM 16 rim Front tire and rotor With an OEM 2013 Front tire and Rotor Before when a put the bike on Neutral I could move the bike fairly easy But with the New setuo (2013 18 inch rim ) the bike feels heavier to move . any ideas.

It may be drag in the brake somewhere. Jack the front of the bike up enough so you can turn the wheel by hand. It should be free, with no more than a light kiss of the pads on the rotor. If it is any more than that then we need to look a bit closer. The later spec rotor may be thicker then your old one, which is one possibility. If you have a micrometer or caliper compare the two.

Please tell me you didn't spray your rotors with WD40?? If you did you just soaked the pads with it also and they wont work as good as they should. Id be changing those pads out and figuring out why the brakes are dragging in the first place. Rotor rubbing on caliber, rubbing tire on inside of fender, brakes dragging as suggested earlier. Thickness of rotors could be issue also suggested earlier.
One last thing dont take suggestions from that friend again either. Just saying..
