2002 road glide running issue

Bike starts good with new plugs but cannot touch the throttle without it loading up and the engine light coming on. If anybody has had this issue could you let me know what I could do. I appreciate any info it also had a cobra feel pack which I took off. Thank you

Check the code that caused the CEL and start from there.
