2008 FLHRSE4 Road King
- 3 months without batterie in garage
- installed new batterie
- ignition On
- switch "stop engine" On
- Start - and silence...
only turn signals are blinking

the problem is on this video

Do you have a Harley key fob with a push button, or the later type with no button? The batteries inside them are like a small coin and quite cheap to buy. Replace yours and try again.

For your new bike battery get yourself a battery tender (also called a battery minder) to connect with your bike when you are not riding it. That will keep your new battery in good condition.

Did you try using your PIN code to disarm the security system?
Did you change the FOB battery? If so is it in correctly? A few people have installed the FOB battery upside down.
When you installed the new battery in the bike, did you disconnect/damage the HFSM antenna?

Immo should see the fob when the new batterie connected.
