Avon Cobra 150?80-16 fits 2007 EG no mods
If it helps anyone on this forum who is looking to replace rear tire on 2007 EG or similar model; I just mounted an Avon Cobra 150/80-16 with no mods. Just got back from a test ride and no issues.
it is V77 rated. Has the same circumference as the 140/90-16 Avon Cobra I had on it before. I have a stock 2007 electra glide ultra classic. I assume all stock EGUC's from 2007 are the same in terms of frame, swing-arm, belt, belt guard, and fender, etc.
I hope I get more than the 10K I got out of the Avon Cobra 140/90-16 I had before. I like the wider look. Not as good as the newer ones but much better. Handles good to which is most important to me.
