Default Wobble in the curves

Just got an 03 e-glide ultra classic. Previous owner trashed his knee so he quit riding. The bike sat for 2 years. The bike gets squirrelly in curves. Is this the nature of the beast? Maybe I should replace the tires?

Check tire pressures front and rear check air pressure in shocks if they are air shocks.

I'd lean towards the tires. Check the date code on them and see how old they are.

I put 25 psi in rear shocks. no help. Service records show new front tire 2006. New rear in 2005,2006, and 2012.

Your front is 11 years old. Even the back is 5. Also, forget the records, check the date code. They could have been a year or 2 old before they were installed.

Replace both tires asap.

You may have other issues but you need new tires. Of course, make sure they are balanced correctly.

I have felt no issue in a straight line, just in curves. Feels like the issue is in the rear. A wiggle or oscillation ? I'm not familiar with the fall away test. Thanks to all who have replied.

1. replace your tires. poor traction is the most likely culprit.
2. replace your rear motor mounts. when they get old n worn, they allow the swingarm to jiggle around. get you a Glide Pro or Stab-Bo kit and itll really tighten up that rear end

3. get a true-track stabilizer kit or something similar. these bolt onto the chassis to help hold the swingarm tight, but tend to increase vibration alot
