take some chain like dog chain that will fit the holes and run them back and forth in each hole some. this will take away any sharp burs and edges. take off the stock black wire coating then tape wires together every 4 inches, then tie a strong nylon string to the end of the wires and tape to a point, then lube with dish soap. this worked good for me even in a cvo set up with heated grips.

Camel *** (wire pulling lube) is the best to pull wires through bars. Dish soap works but some people say it will degrade the insulation.

+1 on the CVO twist grip sensor. Did mine with this last winter...the only way to go & well worth it!

Get yourself one of these...http://www.harley-davidson.com/store/twist-grip-sensor

I disassembled the plug off of the end of mine and took my time fishing it thru the bars, what makes it even harder is you already have a set of wires running thru the bars for the hand controls. Had a hell of a time getting it thru!

I must've been lucky or something, because I thought fishing the wires through the bars was gonna be a complete nightmare from reading posts on here. It literally took about 15 minutes and I had both sides pulled through and even used the factory tbw harness with green plug. I have 10" Yaffe monkey bars.

I used a chain like what's used for your ceiling fan for pulling, and Windex for lube.
