Default Rushes rattling

My right side slip on is rattling at idle. If I put my foot on it no noise. Could the baffle be the noise?

Pull the baffle out and bend the inside end out just a hair until you get a tighter fit to the pipe.

While the pipe is cool. check to see if you can rotate the muffler. Alot of time the torca clamp will not re-tighten after it has been used and you will need a new one. you can get them for about 10 bucks

Also lubricate (I usetri-flow)the rubber on the rear mounts, they can rattle and make a helluva racket.

Noticed the same thing. I had to re-tighten mine after about 100 miles, haven't had a problem since.

I suspected the torca clamps before when it was poppin'. I have asked at every HD dealer in town 3 of them. They have to look up the part number and never have them in stock. That leads me to believe that they don't get replaced that often. I will pull the baffle and see if its loose fit. What you guys bending them out with?

I pulled the baffle out today. Over half of the packing is burnt away. I have put about a thousand miles on them since I put them on two months ago. I got them from the dealer so they will check with Epiflex Mon about replacement.
