I bit the bullet on a black sheepskin yesterday for the ride to Sturgis tomorrow. \\;\\\\\\; Hoping it works, at least a little bit, to keep the *** from getting so sweaty. \\;\\\\\\; Not crazy about the look but, what the heck!
 \\;\\\\\\;
I went back and forth between the sheepskin and the seat beads, any of you guys have a preference for either one?
 \\;\\\\\\;
I have had sheepskin cover on my seat for over 10 years and two bikes. Have a gel pad under the cover for rider and passanger. Keeps my butt from burning after the bike has set in the sun. Much more comfortable than the stock seat.

Both work. The beads are cooler but the sheepshin is more comfortable for the long haul. I found that leaning back against my backrest and scooting my but forward a little form the back of the seat helps a lot. Gives the air and outlet.
I got my sheepskin here in Omaha at Overland Sheepskin. \\;\\\\\\; It was $79.00, actually had to trim it just a bit, it was too big. \\;\\\\\\; Then I cut a slot in it for the \\;\\\\\\;rider backrest too. \\;
