I installed the J&M 500 Watt Amp and six Rokker Speakers in April and now 5000 miles later I could not be more than happy with the product. I had no problems with the fairing, it was a tight fit but does go on with a little patience. The system does exactly what it says, I measured 120db and is truly plug and play. Takes about four hours to install doing it the first time. Lacks some bass but again its a bike and you do not use up any storage room with this system. People will hear you two blocks away and you can play it a full volume for hours without any problems. Expensive but the system does in did work and sound good.

I would do it all over again.

Default Save some coin & think outside the box

This is my first post, but have been reading for a while. If you find you just can't bring yourself to part with the coin for either the J&M or Boom upgrades....consider this. Rockford Fosgate PBR300X2 amp and a pair of Polk Audio MM651 6.5" speakers....you will not be disappointed and will only be out a little over $300.00. Both brands have been building quality products for many years.

Default I forgot

I forgot to add the fact that the RF AMP is much smaller than the J&M amp, at a size of 1.53 x 4.25 x 6.75 it fit on top of the radio with ease.
