Talking Saddle bag guards , home made

I had some time on my hands and my wife was complaining about the factory ones hitting the back of her legs , new comfort style from harley cost 189.00, these i made from the factory ones cost some welding rods and 5.00 dollars worth of paint... and of course a few hours...tell me what u think. thanks

thanks for looking ,and honors daddy yea i can make another set,it just takes some patience, the angles are the tough part. it only took me about 8 hours start to finish after i figured out what i wanted to do. again it was for mommy and if moomy's not happy nobodys happy. but yea i like them.

Those are sweet. I hope when im out of college and get a shop i can make something clean like that. will those serve their purpose should you lay it over? Oh yeah and Ill take a set too.

They might work. I would think since there is only one attachment point that they would bend under if you ever dropped it. They may provide some protection, but not at the same level as the factory ones.
