I'm kinda in the same boat as you with the same bike , thinking the same thing.....
I would lean towards the Fuelmoto setup , as they might be able to set you up with a near bullseye map for your PC5 and muffler combo.
I'm kind of a stainless kind of guy also , as late year and early spring road salt can do a job on pipes up here.
Seems I've read good things about both pipes though.
They do the same job , you can't see them after install , both have dual sensor bungs , one is stainless , I'd lean towards the Fuelmoto personally.

Dealing with Fuel Moto for the Jackpot. Getting the PC V and thought I'd stay with them for the head pipe also. Good guys get my business.

FM All the way. Stainless steel, lifetime warranty, full product support courtesy of Jamie. And it is cheaper.

I have the Fullsac X-pipe on my Street Glide and it is great! Excellent fitment,quality and performance.Steve at Fullsac was very helpful and everything he told me at the time of purchase was right on,and he is always very helpful anytime I have a question.The bike runs great.

I am going to go with the FuelMoto Jackpot 2-1-2. I like the lifetime warranty they offer with their pipe.

i have fm 2-1-2 pipes and pcv from fuelmoto, also jackpot,your 2009 doesnt have the converter unless it is calif. i would keep the factory header pipe and get pcv,a/c,mufflers and put the change in my pocket,or chrome lol....
