Default 2011 sg 96ci to 110ci help

what numbers should i expect with my setup?
i have a 2011 street glide with a 110 big bore kit, 259e cams with se high performance inner cam bearings, se 10.5 high compression pistons, se perfect fit push rods, se heavy breather, se super pro tuner, se performance clutch disc and heavy duty spring, se oil cooler, se lefty bearing installed on both sides of cases, with rinehart true dual exhaust. what should i expect to see on a dyno as far as torque and hp numbers? current dyno shows 101.8 hp and 105 torque. does this sound about right or should i be seeing higher numbers? any input would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on what heads you're running, that's where the power is really made, if you're running stock heads that's probably about right depending on the dyno.

I don't think the #s are off too far, I read your other post & see that you are disappointed in the #s. I still think the heads are the limiting factor, I can see why you're unhappy as you've spent a lot of $$ on the build. I guess I think you weren't given the best advice going in, the air flow is the determining factor in making power & while the true duals aren't the greatest set-up I still think your stock heads are the biggest restriction to more power. One other question, did you do anything to upgrade the crankshaft while you were doing all this? The reason I ask is that the stock 96" crank is your weakest link in the chain, I don't think you needed the bearing upgrade without upgrading the crank. I don't think your tune is that far off, if you want more I think you'll have to have the heads ported & polished

Your #'s are right in the ball park and don't even worry about your crank, that's an urban myth running rampant on this site. More important is where you are seeing the torque, 3000-4500 rpm?

As always a good build is in the combination of the parts, I think the advice & expertise on this build wasn't the best. There have been a number of stock cranks that have slipped, not a high %, but I don't think the bottom end bearings were needed with the combination of components used. A crank problem is more likely than a bearing problem & both should probably be done when looking to get #s in the 120+ range. It's the combination of parts that makes a good build, one bad part in the build & all the rest of the best parts in the world aren't going to make up for it.

I'd say you're in the ballpark. The weak link in your build is the heads. Other than the headwork and the pipes, we have about the same build. With headwork you can add about 15 to 20 to your numbers.
