After a great year puttin 7000 miles on my Road King I took the plunge and traded her in on a '11 Ultra. Loved the RKC but ended up doing more long distance riding than I ever thought I'd do when I bought it.

I'm really lookin forward to having that fairing and all those "comfort" features.

Now, if spring in Ohio would just be a few months early...............

 

One of the first things I did on the ultra was a 1600 mile trip.

Im a blues fan too. Putting a fairing with guages and stereo on my RKC this spring/summer. It's gotta cost less than a trade in.

That's the first thing I did on mine too. Went to NH, VT, NY and PN then back to VA, 2000 miles and loved every mile. They are great rides and while cruising down the road at 75mph it just wants to cover more miles.

You are gonna love the Ultra.

Yep, I moved up to a Glide too, but it was a Street Glide. I ride solo, so I could go cheap on the Tour Pack. I definitely like the fairing and all what comes with it.
