Just what does the wheel and tire warranty cover? The dealer was pretty vague except to say it was basically road hazard coverage on your first set of tires and covered the wheels if you hit a pot hole and bend a rim. My buddy says it also pays for your first rear tire replacement is that true?

I think, if you take the "My buddy says it also pays for your first rear tire replacement" out of your original post, you would be correct.

 

not sure what you guys pay for a tire and wheel warrenty over there , but it was about £250 over here , not good value really , when tires cost about £150 -£200 a set and theres **** loads of wheels on ebay .

 

I've had 5 tires replaced under warranty in 16 months and 24,000 miles.

 

No, it wont pay for normal wear, but you could always run over a nail with that "Old Tire".
It will cover what ever tires you have on your bike as long as the warranty is in effect. At least that's what the dealer told me.
