Ohlins 3-3 on today from Motorcycle Metal
Went on perfectly, no spacers needed. I went with the 3-3 to get the ride knowing the back would raise a little, really not noticeable. First brake in ride without setting the preload was a noticeable improvement only to get better when dialed in. Howard was great help with instructions.

Did the same last year. SUCH an improvement for sure!
I still can't quite get them dialed-in but that's probably because I'll ride 2-up with 75 lbs of crap loaded-up a couple of times a year, then ride 'er stripped down around town, then put the Dragonfly on and do some light 2-up runs in the mountains...etc.
The varied setups change the characteristics of course, I need to figure-out exactly what settings work best for each.
Have fun...

Might as well just do it and stop torturing yourself, in retrospect you'll realize every ride before the 3-3s you were literally torturing yourself.

The #3 shocks from Motorcycle Metal are an oil/gas separated shock with an internal floating piston. The #6 shocks has the remote reservoir. The #2 shocks are emulsion shocks.
