Screamin Eagle Street Performance tuner Kit
I am having my Harley dealer put on may CAT less header pipe tomorrow. Would adding this be better than just reflashing the ECM. http://www.harley-davidson.com/gma/g...bmLocale=en_US

The dealer download is a total waste of money. It's an EPA approved fuel map so it does nothing for the lean condition the bike is presently running in.
Sert and dynotune or buy a tuner from fuel
MOTO and he will send you a map for your mods. And every time you modify something fuel moto will send you another map.
I wouldn't waste a thin dime on the dealer download. Big money for just the rev limit set higher.
Your results may vary

the street tuner is great, you can do a smart tune, manual tune or use an included map; which I did with my 2011 flhp 103" se a/c and fatshotz pipes. no pinging, no surging, no popping and great power and mpg. don't make things complicated with the aftermarket tuners. this is simple and effective. :-)

Kudos to the new street tuner also, have one on my 2010 Limited, 2/1/2 Fuel Moto coated head pipe,SE mufflers, SE,air cleaner. There is even a map for a 204 cam if I so choose down the road. Power increase is noticeable ,real happy with this setup for minimal monies and I retain all the warranties.

I agree with wurk truk. The street tuner is only EPA compliant. EPA compliance and performance separate like water and oil. Do not buy the street tuner. If you are going to run a screamin eagle tuner, get the pro tuner, not the street tuner. The pro tuner is capable of smart tuning but will still leave power on the table. Nothing replaces a good dyno tune, nothing! Not an auto tune, not a TMax, not a canned map from any shop on the planet. If you want the best from your bike, have it TUNED from a competent dyno operator. Not dyno'd to get the best possible 100% throttle number. There's a HUGE difference!
