Too Quiet

Too Quiet
A buddy of mine just purchased a 2012 Road King and it looks to have stock headers and V&H Hi-output slip on mufflers. He loves the bike but he says it is way too quiet, sounds like a goldwing (surely not). I am guessing it has the optional quiet baffles installed because he is the second owner. Does anyone have any insight they can share to help get a louder sound. I wonder if the stock baffles would make that much difference???
Thanks,

Here's a vid of a 103 with a Stage 1 Air Cleaner, the cat removed, Rush slip-ons with no baffles, and some W258 Thunder Torques Inserts.
